MEETING
In-depth on-site meeting with with key stakeholders in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of your organisation, the position requirements, and your ideal candidate.
RESEARCH / CANDIDATE SEARCH
Simultaneous wide-reaching research and database search is conducted in order to identify and attract a diverse group of prospects.
CONSULTANT INTERVIEW
In-depth consultant interviews with candidates focussing on skills, competencies and cultural fit based on the client’s key selection criteria are conducted. Resumes of shortlisted candidates are forwarded along to the client for review.
CLIENT SHORTLIST AND INTERVIEW
Short-list of qualified candidates forwarded to our client. ESE arranges interviews between the client and candidates. ESE briefs client on key differences between 'standard' interviews and those with candidates sourced by an "executive search" methodology.
TESTING
ESE helps our clients select appropriate psychometric testing with preferred candidate(s).
